CloudKilat's bandwidth service is unmetered, meaning there are no usage quota limitations. However, bandwidth is distributed evenly among customers in accordance with the Fair Usage Policy.

In the event of unusual or sustained bandwidth usage spikes, we will conduct an investigation to ensure there is no abuse or network disruption. If necessary, our support team will contact you via a support ticket for further discussion.

CloudKilat provides a bandwidth capacity of 6 GBps, covering both local (Indonesia Internet Exchange/IIX) and international (Internet Exchange/IX) connections. This capacity is shared among all CloudKilat customers, ensuring optimal distribution to support your needs.

All CloudKilat services are operated from Nex Data Center Cyber 2 Tier III, located in Kuningan, Jakarta.

CloudKilat services are designed as a Self-Service (Unmanaged) offering. This means that you, as the customer, bear full responsibility for managing your systems, applications, security, backups, and data recovery. Meanwhile, the CloudKilat team focuses on maintaining the underlying infrastructure, including network stability, control panel access, and server reliability.
